SHIPPING POLICY

1. Dispatch & Delivery

AZE Dubai ships worldwide through trusted and reputable courier partners. All orders are dispatched from the United Arab Emirates.

  • Standard processing and dispatch time is 14–21 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and UAE public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines post-dispatch vary by destination country and selected shipping method and will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, total package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • All shipping charges are displayed in AED and are inclusive of any applicable handling fees.

3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in AZE Dubai's prices or shipping charges.

AZE Dubai has no control over customs processes and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order if you are uncertain about applicable charges.

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal at customs, AZE Dubai will contact the customer. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout.
