2. Products & Services

  • All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We make no guarantee of stock at any time.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, design, or specification may occur due to photography or manufacturing.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue, update, or alter any product or service without prior notice. In the event that a product ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% is charged on all applicable transactions in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
  • VAT is included in the displayed price or itemised at checkout, as applicable.
  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the chosen payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway providers.
  • AZE Dubai reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment processing error, suspected fraud, or pricing inaccuracy, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and product listings — is the exclusive property of AZE Dubai and is protected by applicable UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
